Iris is not a person, and we don’t hide it. She is an artificial intelligence that knows the classic Rider-Waite deck. She doesn’t get tired at three in the morning, doesn’t judge, and remembers your spreads from the last 90 days so she can see how your story changes. You can turn memory off in your profile.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who lays out the spreads?
Iris, an artificial intelligence. We don’t hide it. She works with the classic Rider-Waite deck: 78 cards, with upright and reversed meanings. Cards are drawn at random, as from an ordinary deck, and Iris writes the interpretation for your question.
How do I pay?
Inside Telegram, with Telegram Stars. Stars are bought in Telegram itself, so you never give your card details to Moirava. Most features can be tried for free.
What happens to my data?
Questions and spreads are stored encrypted, and the text is deleted automatically after 90 days. The photo of your palm is not stored. We don’t sell data or pass it to advertisers. You can get your data with the /my_data command and delete everything with /delete_me.
Does Iris remember my spreads?
Yes, from the last 90 days. In a new spread Iris sees your earlier questions and cards (but not her own old answers) and brings them up only when they relate to the new question. She doesn’t raise topics like health, money or hard experiences herself. You can reread your spreads under “My spreads,” and turn off memory or clear your history in the bot’s profile.
What if something goes wrong?
If a spread didn’t arrive because of a technical error, the crystals are returned automatically. For any payment question, write /paysupport in the bot; we reply within 48 hours.
Can I rely on tarot for important decisions?
Tarot helps you look at a situation from another side and hear yourself. The final decision is always yours. Moirava doesn’t replace a doctor, a lawyer or a financial advisor. The service is for adults only, 18+.
Is it available in other languages?
Yes. Moirava works in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian. You choose the language the first time you open the bot.
