More about the card
An angel blows a trumpet, and people stand on rocks by the water, stretching their arms to the sky. Judgement is about awakening, taking stock and a calling. It is the moment when you look honestly back at the road traveled, forgive yourself for the past and hear what life is calling you to next. The card often appears before an important decision that will change direction, or when people and matters from the past return so that they can finally be completed.
Reversed position
Reversed Judgement speaks of self-criticism, doubt or an unwillingness to hear the call. You may be judging yourself more harshly than you need to.
Symbolism of the card
A trumpet blast, people on rocks by the water, raised arms. The trumpet means a call, and the people with raised arms awakening and readiness to answer. Mountains on the horizon recall a higher purpose.
