A 13-card spread
Card of the year 2027
Thirteen cards for the year ahead: the main theme of 2027 and one card for each month, with advice on what to focus on.
- 13 cards
- 200 crystals
- the free first spread doesn’t apply to this one
What this spread is
The Card of the year has thirteen cards. The first shows the main theme of the whole year, and the other twelve are laid out month by month, from January to December. It is a mood spread: it doesn’t promise events or dates, but suggests the tone of each month and what is worth your attention.
It works well at the start of the year or on a special day, such as around New Year, and then you can return to it every month. Read a month not as a calendar of events but as a question: what matters to me here? After the cards, Iris gathers three key tips for 2027.
What each position means
- Theme of the year. The first card: the main theme that will run through all twelve months. It is a background, not a separate event.
- January – December. Twelve cards, one for each month. Each describes the tone of the month: what is at the center of attention, what is worth protecting, what to give time to. Read them as a line, not separately: how the mood changes from month to month.
- Three key tips. After the cards, Iris sums it all up in three practical tips for the year. This is a written summary; there is no separate card for it.
Which questions it suits
- I want to tune in to the year and see its main theme.
- What should I focus on in 2027?
- How does the mood of the year change from month to month?
- I like to check my plans against the cards every month.
- I need a ritual for the start of a new cycle.
What this spread won’t show
The Card of the year doesn’t predict specific events, dates, wins, illnesses or meetings and doesn’t give advice about money, health or law. Its months describe a tone and a theme, not inevitable events. For big decisions, rely on facts and on people you trust.
A short example
Question: An excerpt from a sample Card of the year: the theme of the year and three months.
- Theme of the year: Wheel of Fortune, cycles, changes, the ability to move along with them.
- January: Ace of Pentacles, theme of the month: a new opportunity in practical matters.
- June: Four of Swords, theme of the month: rest and recovery of strength.
- December: Ten of Pentacles, theme of the month: summing up, the value of what has been built.
Putting it together: a year about cycles and the ability to change, with a practical start at the beginning, a pause in the middle and a sense of completion at the end. This is only an example of reading cards; it promises no event.
The example is made up: it shows how the positions are read, not what will “come up” for you.
How to read the spread
- First read the theme of the year, then see how each month develops or contradicts it.
- Look for the arc: where it rises, where it pauses, where a suit or an element repeats.
- Don’t read all the months in advance as fate: come back to each month when it arrives and compare it with what you actually lived.
- Write down the theme of the year and the three tips in a notebook: at the end of the year it is interesting to see what took shape through your own actions.
Who lays out the cards in the bot
In the bot, the spread is laid out by Iris, an artificial intelligence rather than a human tarot reader. We don’t hide it. She interprets exactly the cards that came up, in light of your question and the positions of this spread. It is entertainment and a reason to reflect, not a forecast or advice on health, money or legal matters.

Frequently asked questions
How many cards are in the Card of the year?
Thirteen: one for the theme of the year and twelve for the months from January to December 2027.
Do I need to ask a question?
No. The Card of the year answers the general question “What will my year be like?” so there is no need to write a question of your own.
Can I trust this kind of forecast?
Treat it as inspiration and a reason to think, not as a prediction. Cards don’t know the future, but they help you put into words what you want from the year.
How is it different from the 2027 forecasts in the bot?
The money and love forecasts for 2027 rest on the real astronomical events of the year. The Card of the year is personal: it is a spread made just for you, about the tone of each month.
How much does it cost?
200 crystals. It is also part of the “New Year bundle 2027,” along with two forecasts. One crystal equals one Telegram Star. The free first spread doesn’t apply to it.
Who lays out the cards?
