What this spread is

Not every question for the cards is about the future or about other people. Sometimes the most important thing is to stop and name what is happening inside. The “Me right now” spread doesn’t predict or judge. It helps you find words for your state: whether it is tiredness, anxiety, boredom or a joy you never have time to notice.

The first card shows the feelings that are on the surface now. The second shows the need behind them: rest, support, clarity, movement. The third shows simple self-care that is within your power today: a conversation, a walk, a boundary, an evening with no tasks. The spread goes well with a journal: write down the cards and your answers, and over time you’ll see what repeats.

What each position means

  1. What I feel. The feelings and state that are on the surface now. Not a judgment of “good or bad,” but an honest name for what is there.
  2. What I need. The need behind those feelings: rest, support, clarity, quiet, movement. What is missing most.
  3. What I can give myself. Simple care for today or the coming days: a small action that depends only on you.

What this spread won’t show

This spread doesn’t diagnose and doesn’t replace a doctor or a therapist. It won’t say what is “wrong” with you and won’t predict when it will get easier. If things have been hard, anxious or empty for you for a long time, talk to someone close or a professional: that is a brave and caring step. The cards here are only a reason to stop and listen to yourself.

A short example

Question: What is going on with me these days?

Putting it together: you have held on for a long time and have gotten used to being on guard. The Four of Swords says it plainly: a pause is needed, not one more effort. The Empress suggests starting with something simple: have dinner without rushing, go to bed earlier, go out for a walk. The spread doesn’t promise that the tiredness will pass in a day, but it shows where to start.

The example is made up: it shows how the positions are read, not what will “come up” for you.

How to read the spread

Who lays out the cards in the bot

In the bot, the spread is laid out by Iris, an artificial intelligence rather than a human tarot reader. We don’t hide it. She interprets exactly the cards that came up, in light of your question and the positions of this spread. It is entertainment and a reason to reflect, not a forecast or advice on health, money or legal matters.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a psychological test?

No. It is a spread for self-reflection: cards give images, and you draw the conclusions. It doesn’t diagnose and doesn’t replace a professional.

What if heavy cards come up?

A heavy card in the first position is an honest name for a state, not a verdict. Look at the other two: what you need and what you can already do for yourself.

How often can I do this spread?

Once every few days, or when you feel you’re losing touch with yourself. More often than that makes little sense: a state doesn’t change hour by hour.

What should I do if I feel really bad?

Talk to someone you trust. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any hour; in the UK and Ireland, you can reach Samaritans at 116 123; in other countries, helplines are listed at findahelpline.com. If your life is in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU).

How much does it cost?

75 crystals, and your first full spread in the bot is free. One crystal equals one Telegram Star.

Who does the reading?

Iris, an AI tarot reader. She answers gently and without judgment, and when she senses strong stress, she suggests turning to people you trust.
